  • I am an out-of-network provider, meaning I do not directly accept insurance. However, many insurance plans will reimburse you for a portion of your therapy session. Reimbursement rates typically fall between 50-80% once you’ve met your deductible.

  • It depends on your specific plan, but many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy sessions. To better understand your coverage, you can use this out-of-network benefits calculator or call your insurance company directly.

    Reimbursement happens after you’ve paid the full session fee upfront. I provide monthly complimentary claim submission, meaning I submit all the paperwork on your behalf. You’ll then receive reimbursement directly from your insurance provider, which usually comes in the form of a check or direct deposit.

  • I offer virtual therapy services to clients located anywhere in New York State. I offer in-person therapy out of my Flatiron office located at 1115 Broadway, New York, NY 10010.

  • I ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your session. I try to be as accommodating as possible with rescheduling, so if we’re able to find an alternative time within the same calendar week, you won’t be charged any late fees.

  • Yes! Many of my EMDR clients meet with me virtually and have found it just as helpful as in-person EMDR.

  • I meet with most of my clients on a weekly basis. For new clients, I ask that we meet weekly for at least the first 8-12 weeks of treatment. After that, we can explore reducing frequency if clinically appropriate.
